Paper Submission

Submission Format Submitted papers should follow IEEE format for conference papers. Papers should be typeset using 11-point or larger fonts, in a two-column, with ample spacing throughout and at least 1-inch margins all around. The title page of each submission should contain the papers title; each authors name, affiliation, and email address; and a short abstract summarizing the papers contributions. The Full Papers shall consist of a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 pages. Additional page will be charged of $100 per page.

This should be followed by the body of the paper. Papers not adhering to the requirements on font size and margin length may be rejected summarily. To make things easier, please kindly use the A4 template from this IEEE link to be followed and used in formatting your paper.

Submission Instructions Authors are required to submit their papers electronically, in PDF (without security restrictions on copying or printing). Submit the paper through EDAS (https://edas.info/index.php?c=22323). The author must login through the website, complete the form that is appeared on the page, and follow the instructions.

Camera ready Preparation:

If your paper get accepted, it will not be published unless the following are done:

  1. Revise your paper(s) according to the reviewers’ comments.
  2. The accepted similarity score is maximum 20% as indicate in EDAS similarity check.
  3. Format your camera paper as per guidelines and follow strickly the A4-IEEE format in pdf file by creating it using IEEE pdf express. (https://www.pdf-express.org/plus, Conference ID: 39193XP)
  4. Upload your camera ready paper according in EDAS before 5 Sept 2016 (extended to 9 Sept 2016)
  5. Fully-completed signed copyright form from your EDAS submission (click the final manuscript icon)
  6. Fill the registration form (download from the registration page) and send it to icic.aptikom@gmail.com including the proof of your payment, with the subject: Registration payment-{paper number}.
